We are pleased to confirm we will be recommencing training on Monday 19th April. Documentations must be returned electronically before the first swimming session and we request this is done no later than Saturday 17th April. This will need printing off or editing online, completing and scanned back to the Otters mailbox.
As you are all aware as Swim England is a registered charity and despite swimming not returning at the moment annual membership fees are now due. Swimming depends on this continued support. The Club has reduced our annual membership fee by 2/3 to support our membership during this time.
In light of the new guidance and new tiers from today 31/12/2020 unfortunately sessions with Otters will be suspended until these restrictions have been removed as swimming pools in our area are closed.
We are pleased invite you to re commence training starting Monday 7th December. We will be running 4 sessions in December on Monday 7th December through to Thursday 17th December when we will commence our Christmas break and Park Pool switches to Christmas opening from Monday 21st December. Swimmers will return to their previous allocated lanes and sessions pre lockdown 2. Swimming will re commence in the New Year on Thursday 7th January
In light of the new guidance and national lockdown from Thursday unfortunately tonight's session with Otters will be the final session until these restrictions have been removed. So just for clarity training is on today Monday 2nd November .
A polite reminder, if you have been advised to self isolate, you should not be attending swimming during the isolation period. On return to swimming, in line with Swim England guidance the Club requires you to complete an fresh copy of the Covid Heath declarations. The Club requires the forms to be sent across at least one day before your swimmers next session.
Swimmers who returned in August have been sent an email this evening about updates on social distancing and changes to session times- Swimmers have been asked to adhere to these new rules with immediate effect.
We are returning to training during August on a reduced basis. If your swimmer was not allocated a limited space we look forward to welcoming them back soon and we will be in touch as soon as we had secured additional pool time. We wish all members and families a healthy summer.

Unfortunately due to the current situation surrounding Coronavirus and based on advice received from Swim England and the Government, the Committee have made the decisions to cease all training sessions for the foreseeable future.
