Return to swimming after self isolation

A polite reminder, if you have been advised to self isolate, you should not be attending swimming during the isolation period.
On return to swimming, in line with Swim England guidance the Club requires you to complete an fresh copy of the Covid Heath declarations. The Club requires the forms to be sent across at least one day before your swimmers next session.
