Otters dig deep in third gala

Otters were able to field a full squad for the third gala, hot on the heels of finishing in 4th place midweek in Blackpool, as a result of having to cede races. After 12 events Otters were again worryingly fourth, trailing Leyland by 2 points, however the team dug deep and pulled back to 3rd place after 24 events. A photo finish in the final canon gave Otters 2nd place and crucially sufficient points to place us joint second alongside Clitheroe. Well done to all the swimmers. Results on members' page.
