M&D Gala 2 - Otters whoop all comers

M&D LEAGUE - Connah's Quay gala - Saturday 18 October - a strong senior squad put in a sterling performance to win the gala by 18 points and close the gap on Woodchurch from gala 1 (Otters are now only 5 points adrift of Woodchurch). There were some excellent individual performances with lots of PBs achieved. Prior to the start of the Gala the club was finally united with the Division 4 winners trophy from the 2007/08 season after its mystery tour of Merseyside. If the squad continue to perform as they have in this gala there is no reason why it shouldn't be joined by the Division 3 trophy in May next year. Results available in members section
